· The Situation
I work with companies that have been stuck for a while. Where the strategy exists but nothing is moving, where everyone is busy but nothing is changing, where the right conversations aren't happening between the right people.
· The Approach
I read situations quickly: where responsibilities lay, where the friction actually is, what's been tried and why it didn't land. From there I work embedded in the leadership layer: coordinating across teams, translating between strategy and execution, and owning what falls between everyone's defined responsibilities.
That last part is where most transformation actually gets stuck. Not in the plan, but in the space between the plan and the people meant to carry it. I stay in that space for as long as it takes.
· Background
My background doesn't follow a straight line: biology, business management, years of digital transformation across Europe and Asia. What that gives me is a particular way of reading situations that resist standard approaches, and a track record of being effective in exactly the moments when the standard approach has stopped working.
· Who This Is For
You're in motion: restructuring, scaling, or navigating something that doesn't fit neatly into existing roles. You need someone who can read the room politically, culturally, and operationally, and act on what they see. You want a thinking partner who doesn't need hand-holding and is there for the outcome, not the recognition.
